A POPULAR HISTORY OF SIGNS - JUSTICE NOT VENGANCE, 1980
The first single from this London quartet led by singer/bassist/keyboardist Andrew Jarman (vocally something of a David Byrne student), often described as “moody provocative electropop”, drifting between arty synth-dance and lightly played mood music with hypnotically dinky electronic percussion, creating soundscapes that were alternately chilling, funky, humorless and clever.
